Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and YBRSN, the operator of Trendhaus. By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using Trendhaus, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Trendhaus for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

Trendhaus provides TikTok research and intelligence tools through an MCP connection, dashboard, and related services. It can search public TikTok information, analyze content and accounts, and return research inside supported AI clients.

Trendhaus is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Perplexity. Third-party platforms may change their products, access rules, or availability without our control.

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login and MCP credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the prompts, accounts, links, and research requests you submit.
• Do not share, resell, publish, or expose account credentials or API/MCP access in a way that lets third parties bypass a Trendhaus plan.
• Tell us promptly at info@trendhaus.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each paid plan includes the full Trendhaus toolset and a monthly action allowance. One action is one metered Trendhaus operation. Some cached or internally optimized requests may not consume an action. Unused actions do not roll over and allowances reset with the applicable subscription cycle.

The initial launch founding offer is limited to the first 500 eligible subscribers. Founding members receive 2× the standard monthly action allowance, forever while founding status remains active on the account. Founding access does not make the subscription free and does not remove the requirement to keep payments current.

We may change future plan prices, standard allowances, or features with reasonable notice. Changes do not remove an active founding member's 2× multiplier. Taxes may be added where legally required.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and automatically renew until canceled. The price, plan, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Trendhaus billing portal. Unless the billing portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Agency Setup is an optional, founder-led professional service quoted separately after we review the number of accounts and workflow complexity. Its exact scope, timing, price, and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts. Buying a Business subscription remains available without buying Agency Setup.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the terms that apply to your AI client and other third-party services. Publicly accessible TikTok data may still relate to real people. You remain responsible for how you use research and outputs.

Trendhaus combines live or recently retrieved data, automated analysis, and AI-generated interpretation. Data can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or removed, and analysis can be wrong. Verify important decisions against source links and your own professional judgment.

Trendhaus does not guarantee reach, virality, revenue, follower growth, campaign performance, or a specific lead time. It is not legal, financial, employment, or investment advice.

Trendhaus and its software, design, brand, documentation, and original materials belong to YBRSN or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.

You keep ownership of materials and account context you submit. You authorize us to process them only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. TikTok content and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

We work to keep Trendhaus available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify, limit, or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, illegal or harmful use, attempts to bypass limits, non-payment, or risk to the service or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendhaus is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and YBRSN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or decisions made from Trendhaus outputs.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Trendhaus in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be announced through the site, account, or email. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, unless law requires fresh consent.
