Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your first Trendhaus subscription purchase is covered by a seven-calendar-day money-back guarantee. Request it within seven calendar days of the initial charge and we will refund that first subscription payment. You do not need to provide a reason.

• The email address on your Trendhaus account.
• Your plan and purchase date.
• Enough information for us to identify the Stripe charge. Never email full card details.

Send requests from the account email where possible. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing a refund.

The seven-day guarantee applies to the first subscription charge, not each monthly renewal. Renewal charges, upgrades, and downgrades are generally non-refundable once the new paid period starts, except where required by law or where there is a duplicate or incorrect charge.

You can cancel through the billing portal before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period.

If you buy as an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract. The seven-day commercial guarantee is additional and does not replace or limit mandatory rights.

If you ask us to begin providing the digital service immediately, applicable law may affect the amount refundable for service already supplied or may require your express consent and acknowledgement. We will apply the law that governs your purchase.

Agency Setup is quoted separately. Any refund or cancellation terms for that service will be stated in the written quote before work begins. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. We aim to initiate them promptly; your bank or card provider controls when the funds appear.
