Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Trendhaus for legitimate content research, creative strategy, competitive analysis, account analysis, and related professional work. You must follow applicable law, our Terms, and the rules of your AI client and other services you use.

Do not use Trendhaus to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, doxx, exploit, or target people for abuse.
• Infer or act on sensitive personal traits, including health, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, or precise location.
• Make automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal services, or access to essential services.
• Collect or expose private information, access private accounts, or bypass authentication, access controls, paywalls, or platform restrictions.
• Exploit children or use the service to identify, profile, or contact minors in unsafe ways.
• Commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, intellectual-property infringement, or other illegal activity.
• Create fake engagement, coordinate spam, manipulate platform metrics, or misrepresent research as verified fact.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or provide Trendhaus access as a standalone data feed without written permission.

• Do not share credentials or expose your MCP connection publicly.
• Do not evade action limits, create accounts to bypass restrictions, or interfere with metering.
• Do not probe, scan, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack Trendhaus infrastructure except with our written authorization.
• Do not use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service, upstream sources, or other customers' access.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to info@trendhaus.ai.

Public does not mean consequence-free. Respect creators' rights, verify source context, and use the minimum data needed for your research. Do not republish personal data in bulk or build dossiers about individuals.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TikTok content, transcripts, media, names, and likenesses has an appropriate legal basis and respects copyright, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and platform rules.

We may rate-limit, block a request, suspend access, remove founding eligibility, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or the service, a person, or a provider is at risk. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to relevant authorities.

Where appropriate, we will consider context, severity, recurrence, and whether the issue can be fixed. If you believe enforcement was a mistake, contact info@trendhaus.ai.
